Behind the Scenes: Brides Live Wedding Groomswear Photo Shoot

The offices of Brides see its fair share of incredible wedding gowns—ladies, our fashion closet would make you faint—but it’s rare that we get to see a tuxedo in action. That’s why we were so excited about our photo shoot featuring groomswear styles from Jos. A. Bank. (The winning groom of Brides Live Wedding will be wearing one of these sharp suits at his wedding on April 7!) The shoot was a ton of fun, only made more enjoyable by our cutie of a model Matt, who kept us entertained in between shots with stories about prepping to be the best man in his friend’s wedding—all told in his adorable Australian accent.

Narrowing down which of the sharp tuxedos we shot will be voted on by Facebook fans was no easy task! But no matter what we know he’s going to look spiffy. Lucky for us we had wedding stylist Jacqueline Weppner of Merci New York on hand to make sure there was not a hair out of place or a pocket square askew. (There she is above, on the left, making sure Matt’s vest looked just right before the suit jacket went on—perfection.) We can’t wait to share the final looks when Brides Live Wedding voting kicks off on February 25!
